Marc Ravenscroft is a veteran sales leader with expertise in leading and promoting revenue growth, profitability, efficiency, client relations, planning and development in the retail software, marketing, recruiting and financial services industries. With over two decades of professional experience, he has built and facilitated comprehensive business development plans, recruiting campaigns, sales training programs and innovative design thinking strategies.
Marc has a proven track record of building territories, managing teams, overseeing budgets, delivering countless accurate sales forecasts and increasing prospect opportunities and pipeline development. Marc has been extremely effective in creating successful strategies for managing large, complex sales across multiple verticals. He has developed strategic and market planning initiatives that have driven top-line revenue growth for his clients.
Marc is proficient in C-level contract negotiations, sales presentations and key account management retention. His dedication and growth-mentality has influenced key decision makers, both internally and externally, identified and articulated value drivers to the customer and achieved positive results for revenue growth.
Marc is originally from the Bay Area in Northern California and has lived in San Diego for almost 20 years. Marc earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Organizational Studies from The University of California, Davis, while also playing varsity basketball for the Aggies. A sports fanatic, Marc also is an avid golfer and tennis player. He also runs a competitive club youth basketball program in La Jolla. Marc spends the majority of his free time with his wife, Heather, and supports and coaches their three children’s educational and extracurricular activities. With a passion for giving back to the community, Marc has donated his time to a number of charitable organizations in San Diego County.
